The elevator of Rezeknes dzirnavnieks was built in 1969. Elevator capacity is 53 000 tons of grain. Warehouses and squares capacity is 27 000 tons of grain.   

Rezeknes dzirnavnieks offers grain receiving and primary processing services for the surrounding farmers. Grain receiving and delivery takes place from trucks or from railway carriages. The elevator receives and stores all grain crops and rapes.

In 2009 Rezeknes dzirnavnieks began new type of operation – the acceptance and storage of goods in the free zone.

In the free zone it is possible to receive goods from trucks, as well as from the railways carriages.  

Rezeknes dzirnavnieks offers the possibility to store and handle  pre-packed goods in its free zone.

In 2015 RSEZ AS ’’Rēzeknes dzirnavnieks’’ opened grain storage warehouse in Daugavpils.

Daugavpils warehouse capacity is more than 15 000 tons of grain.

Rezeknes dzirnavnieks offers for enterprises the possibility to rent storehouse premises in the territory of the Rezeknes dzirnavnieks.

 It is possible to rent the premises both for food products, and for non-food consumer goods.

The storehouses are equipped with loading ramps and asphalt parking places, convenient drive, fenced and guarded territory.

There are different sized storehouses available, starting in area from 200 m².

RSEZ AS ”Rēzeknes dzirnavnieks” offers premises to rent as office space, in area from 13 m².

The price for the rent is 5,50 EUR/ m² per month +VAT.

The rent fee includes: internet, electricity and vehicle parking. In addition to the rent, bills for heat (only during the heating season).
